Our rates and policies
For on-site support, our rate is currently $120/hour with a one hour 20 minute minimum ($160) for on-site support at your business in the City of Austin. Travel time outside of Austin is billed at the same rate. We bill in 20-minute increments thereafter. Off-site screen-sharing, email, and phone support are billed at the same $120/hour rate, but our minimum charge for off-site support is only 20 minutes. We are happy to quote project-based rates, and we may, at our sole discretion, choose to designate courtesy time at no charge as applicable. We have contract pricing plans for ongoing maintenance and management of your network hardware and servers. And we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards in addition to cash and checks as payment.
